TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STERACARE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE.

Our total liability to you for any damages arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Steracare from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
